My opportunities have included the purchase, sale and valuation of properties throughout the country, ranging from - entire military bases, national seashores, prisons, parks, wildlife refuges, farms, lighthouses, airports, homes and condos from Nantucket to Marco Island.
My commitment to excellence has been recognized with multiple awards, including a U.S. Secretary of Transportation and U.S. Coast Guard Special Act Award for achievements in real estate. I am the only local Realtor to have earned the National Association of Realtors General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) and Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designations.
Experience has taught me that flashy cars don't make deals or sell homes, hard work, education and due diligence does. Thirty-five year's of continuous education in real estate has provided me with the experience and tools to offer clients supported opinions allowing them to make informed decisions.
